# Start xLayer Trading Bot

For new xLayer Trading Bot users!

**Interactive tutorial**

After opening the bot for the first time using this link:

**Follow these steps to get setup:**

1. Press the `Start` button to load up the welcome menu
2. Upon the first start, the bot will generate you a fresh wallet. Don't forget to **save the private key,** because **we will not be able to recover it if you lose it**
3. Select a preferred language
4. Start trading by either expanding the Auto Sniper or Manual Buyer tabs, or pasting in a contract address
5. Proceed to the wallet funding tutorial to understand how to load up your xLayer Trading Bot wallet!
